Is a Ford Transit also suitable for drivers? {frequent on the road in downtown? Here it especially depends on the vehicle dimensions, but also on comfort features such as parking assistance and connectivity.

With a length of 5531 mm and a width of 2474 mm, it is increasingly difficult to find parking spaces in German cities. Tight turns in particular are becoming a challenge. Even parking assistants are only of limited help. The turning circle of 11.9 meters makes maneuvering in tight spaces even more difficult. Appropriate parking assistants such as a 360-degree camera and parking sensors should definitely be on board.

Rating: The dimensions of the Ford Transit can make it a real problem when maneuvering space is at a premium. Parking sensors, parking assistance like self-steering systems and at least a rearview camera are all on board with this vehicle and help in tricky situations. If you move around a lot in the city and have to rely on public parking spaces, you won't do yourself any favors with this car.
