Can the Audi e-tron GE S Sportback quattro also be used off-road? Here usually a distinction is made between "soft-roaders" and real off-roaders. For real rough terrain it needs more than just an all-wheel drive. The SUV boom of the last 10 years has produced many models that look off-road but have limited capability to do so.

The Audi e-tron has all-wheel drive, which means that the basic requirement is already met. Ground clearance, another important criterion, is 172 mm for this vehicle. This allows it to move forward even in hilly terrain and, for example, on muddy paths in the forest without sitting up, assuming all-wheel drive.



Rating: The Audi e-tron has all-wheel drive as well as acceptable ground clearance. Occasional off-road excursions are no problem. However, it is not a real off-road vehicle.
